5 Powerful Habits that will Change Your Life

Welcome back to my vlog!  You know how sometimes we feel stuck and we really don't know where to start ? Well today this will change ! I am going to list 5 most powerful habits so you can get going and bring the best versions of yourself to life ! First I know that it may be difficult to put some of them to practice right away. However, have in mind that there is no specific way to get where you want, the important step is to actually start. It does not have to be a perfect journey , in fact, that is the beauty of it ! 1- Exercise at least 30 min a day   Now, it does not matter if you go to the gym, go for a run, for a walk, some yoga, even just doing chores in your home (just get up and move!).
