Hello and Welcome to my Blog!  We say that we can't do exercise because of many reasons, we don't have time , we don't have the right motivation, etc. But, the truth is, we do have time , we just have to make time, for example; maybe instead of scrolling through social media for 2 hours you can use 1 of those hours, or even half an hour to do exercise. In this blog, i'm going to give you some tips I use to get out and just simply do it ! However, as I say in each blog, everybody is different and it takes time to adapt depending on the person.   Disclaimer: If you have any conditions please speak to your doctor before being physically active, the doctor will recomend the exercises you can and cannot do regarding your conditions. Get Ready the Night Before - The night before, grab a set of clothes and shoes to work out in and set it right next to your bed.
