What's your excuse?
Hello and Welcome to my Blog! We say that we can't do exercise because of many reasons, we don't have time , we don't have the right motivation, etc. But, the truth is, we do have time , we just have to make time, for example; maybe instead of scrolling through social media for 2 hours you can use 1 of those hours, or even half an hour to do exercise. In this blog, i'm going to give you some tips I use to get out and just simply do it ! However, as I say in each blog, everybody is different and it takes time to adapt depending on the person.
