What's your excuse?

Hello and Welcome to my Blog!

We say that we can't do exercise because of many reasons, we don't have time , we don't have the right motivation, etc. But, the truth is, we do have time , we just have to make time, for example; maybe instead of scrolling through social media for 2 hours you can use 1 of those hours, or even half an hour to do exercise. In this blog, i'm going to give you some tips I use to get out and just simply do it ! However, as I say in each blog, everybody is different and it takes time to adapt depending on the person.

Disclaimer: If you have any conditions please speak to your doctor before being physically active, the doctor will recomend the exercises you can and cannot do regarding your conditions.

  • Get Ready the Night Before- The night before, grab a set of clothes and shoes to work out in and set it right next to your bed. This will make it easier for you when you wake up by saving you some time and energy! Look for the routine you are going to be executing and make sure it's a routine that you will enjoy! Overall, try to do as many as possible so the next day you just have to get up, get dressed and head directly to your workout!

  • Set an alarm 1 hour before you usually wake up - Example: If you usually wake up at 9AM to get ready for work, school, college etc. wake up at 8AM; This will help you make time for yourself so you can get it out of the way and will feel energized for the rest of the day!

  •  "The Count down"- This is a strategy used by many successful people and it consists in counting down from 5 to 1 and as soon as you get to 1 you get up and do what you got to do! Fact: This not only helps when you want to get a workout done, it helps with anything, doing homework, working on a personal proyect, trust me (anything).
  • Make a list - You are going to list the reason/s that you do not workout and for each reason you are going to try and make three reasons of why you should workout. Trust me there are more reasons you should then why you don't actually get it done.

  • Don't compare yourself- The results will vary depending on the person and are never the same. We could all be eating the same and doing the same exercises and still won't look the same. Love yourself and try to be a better version of YOURSELF.

Overall, there are many ways we can achieve our goals , but it doesn't matter what the goal is , these methods can work with any goal you want to achieve. Just be patient and enjoy the journey, the results will come as long as you stay consistent with it. Also, please feel free to contact me if you want any advice, motivation, suggestions, etc.
