Hello and Welcome to my Blog!  We say that we can't do exercise because of many reasons, we don't have time , we don't have the right motivation, etc. But, the truth is, we do have time , we just have to make time, for example; maybe instead of scrolling through social media for 2 hours you can use 1 of those hours, or even half an hour to do exercise. In this blog, i'm going to give you some tips I use to get out and just simply do it ! I am going to list 5 most powerful habits so you can get going and bring the best versions of yourself to life ! First I know that it may be difficult to put some of them to practice right away. However, have in mind that there is no specific way to get where you want, the important step is to actually start. Hi, my name is Anamaria Ortiz, 20 years old and I'm from Puerto Rico. I decided to join the U.S. Army Reserve when I was 17 years old with the mentality of growing into something much bigger than myself. Therefore, I began to study a BSN in nursing , after a year and a half  I had to move to Orlando to help my family with health issues , so I had to pause my studies and start working full time as a housekeeper. Unfortunately, as we all know, this pandemic started and they had to shut down my hotel. Due to this very unfortunate situation I actually discovered more about myself for example, I learned the importance of nutrition in general and it has changed my life completely. I also discovered that I had a passion for exercises and helping others in any way possible. I even developed more interest and strong beliefs.
